"As you learn to fly, may you also learn to rest."
- A. Colubris

Repose is a gentle reminder that even the most vibrant and tireless souls need moments of rest. The hummingbird, known for its constant motion, pauses on a branch, finding stillness in between its journeys. Just as flight and rest are both essential to its survival, so too must we learn to balance movement with pause, ambition with reflection. “As you learn to fly, may you also learn to rest.” – A. Colubris. May this Spiritile serve as a quiet affirmation that rest is not a retreat, but a vital part of the journey forward.
